History: When he turned ten, he witnessed something very sickening. The sight had driven him mentally insane, and he has not been able to control himself. Speed and Hyper let him into the team, but put him on a "Sane Pill" that Hyper had developed. The effects last ten years per pill, and Hyper has very few of those.
Appearance: Yellow fur, with yellow dreadlocks. Wears spiked gloves(I'm thinking of making him wear brass knuckles instead, someone let me know if I should do that), clothes and shoes that never match, and two gold chains.
